CATHLEEN FRANK for RUSH TOWN SUPERVISOR
Cathy and her husband Mark Bankes have resided in Rush for 27 years. Their son Ian is in 11th grade at McQuaid. Cathy has over 30 years of technical project management and process improvement experience at local companies including Xerox, Kodak, and Harris. She has a BA from Colgate University, an MBA from the Simon School at the University of Rochester, a certification in Strategic Nonprofit Leadership from Roberts Wesleyan College and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. She was appointed to the Rush Town Board in November 2012 and elected in 2013 and was appointed as Deputy Town Supervisor. Cathy was appointed to the position of Town Supervisor in February of 2015 and elected in 2015. In addition, Cathy’s community involvement includes serving on the Rush Library Board of Trustees from 2004-2008, serving as President in 2006. She is currently the Committee Chairperson of Boy Scout Troop 350.
